Scope of Services

Chair Pulse offers:

Service Provision

Coaching sessions and boardroom workshops are delivered by certified experts.

Fee Settlement

All fees are settled via approved methods. You will receive confirmation upon payment.

Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy

Coaching and Training Services

Clients may request session changes up to 72 hours prior. If rescheduled, coaching credits remain valid for 90 days. If a session is cancelled less than 72 hours prior, no reimbursement is available due to scheduling constraints. This ensures quality and resource allocation.

Digital Products

For digital courses and downloadable materials, clients have 14 days from access to seek a refund via reimbursement. Requests must be sent via the contact form. Approved reimbursements are processed within 10 days to the original method of payment.

Physical Goods

For branded materials, shipment address errors may be corrected at no charge. Items may be interactiond or reimbursed within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original condition. Approved reimbursements are issued within 14 days of receipt of goods at our facilities.

Non-Reimbursable Items

Customized programs and one-off keynotes are not eligible for reimbursement once the agreement is signed. Custom content and resource creation involve significant preparatory effort.

All personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, Emirate of Dubai.

Chair Pulse reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use signifies acceptance.
